Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

The Chartered Financial Analyst programme is a professional course offered by the US-based CFA Institute. The programme aims to grant ‘CFA charter’ to investment and financial professionals to help them further their career goals.
CFA or Chartered Financial Analyst is one of the most popular courses in aspects of chartered accountancy. This course is covered in three levels which are Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 spanning for a duration of minimum 1.5 years. After the completion of all three levels, the student will be awarded the certificate of Chartered Financial Analyst. The candidate must have completed their Bachelor’s degree or should be pursuing their final year while seeking admission which is prerequisite criteria for admission. The CFA course is conducted by Chartered Financial Analyst Institute virginia, USA.
The total amount you have to pay to complete this course will be something around 2,540$ or 186,572Rs. But the initial amount will be (440$+700$)1140$ or 83,736Rs (for level 1).
Be clear at the fact that the registration amount (440$) is one time payable but the examination fee (700$) is payable whenever you will give exam.(if some how you failed in any level from 1 to 3 you will have to pay the examination fee gain for the next attempt).

CFA: Eligibility criteria

  • One has to meet at least one of the following requirements:

  • Have a international travel passport

  • Have a bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree

  • Be in the final year of your bachelor’s degree program at the time of registration, or

  • Have four years of qualified, professional work experience, or

  • Have a combination of work and college experience that totals at least four years

  • (Note: Summer, part-time, and internship positions do not qualify.)
